Our SLRC shakeout run was today and these runners are ready to chase some prs and run farther than they've ever ran before.

We'll be running a mild 2-3 mile loop and stretching afterward with nutrition provided by @Kodiakcakes and swag and recovery provided by @gochirp.⁠

Meet us at the corner of West and South Temple, just in front of Abravanel Hall. Parking will be available at City Creek, or there is also a blue and green line Trax stop nearby!⁠
